yippie yeah yay, yippie yeah yoh

watched ghost rider with the parents today. they wanted to watch music and lyrics but shobe wanted ghost rider. i wanted to watch letters from iwo jima but nooooo. we just had to watch ghost rider. hay nako. it was soooo funny. i was laughing the whole time. when movies really really suck, no matter how serious and cool they try to be, laughter can't be helped.

the lines were just so funny! i mean, when the devil said, "you will pay for this, ghost rider," i started laughing. i mean, he didn't do anything to the ghost rider. doesn't the devil have power over his minions? the ghost rider was his creation for god's sake! no pun intended. and then the scene was followed by the devil hitting his cane on the ground and disappearing. why did he suddenly disappear just like that? because it was already morning? or because they ran out of time? or because the scriptwriters just sucked?

other crazy lines in the movie that i found so corny were, "look into my eyes. the spilt blood of the innocent . . . ." i mean, come on, ghost rider. can you be scarier? you're supposed to be representing the devil, you know? honestly, i was really disappointed with marvel. it was also weird when they lathered nicolas cage's body with oil during the shower scene just to make him look shiny and buff. you can't hid the wrinkles, people. he's OLD! i like con air better. having john malkovich in the movie made things funnier.

oh man. marvel, what's going on??? please don't make the iron man movie like that. full of half baked lines and shitty sound effects. the evil laugh got me going, too. and the lightning and the xray-ed face coming out whenever lightning strikes.

if you are a marvel fan, i guess you are going to watch this movie. if you're not happy with how it came out, i guess you'll have to content yourself with looking at the low cut blouses the female lead wears in every scene. yes. she is one hot cuban. so dirty old men, be content with that. hot guy only appeared during the start of the movie. the younger version of the male lead. yes. that's it.
